About Us
Arsh Ghazni Saffron Company was established in 1398 (2019) and was officially registered with the Department of Commerce of Herat Province. The company operates in the fields of saffron production, processing, packaging, and export. In addition, the company has conducted research aimed at improving Afghan saffron products and facilitating their entry into regional and international markets. Among these initiatives is the greenhouse cultivation of saffron. The company is headed by Mirza Hussain Mohammadi as the President, with Hussain Mohammadi serving as the Vice President. Arsh Ghazni Saffron Company is active in the production, processing, and packaging of saffron. In recent years, however, numerous challenges have existed in the saffron trade sector, which have slowed the progress of this industry in the country.

Super Negin
The highest and most luxurious grade of saffron. Its threads are long, thick, completely red, and uniform. It provides the strongest aroma, vibrant color, and intense flavor. Super Negin is mainly used for export and premium culinary or medicinal purposes
Negin
A high-quality type of saffron with slightly shorter and thinner red threads than Super Negin. It has excellent color strength and fragrance, making it ideal for both professional cooking and home use.
Styles
This is the pale yellow or white lower part of the saffron thread, which has little to no coloring power but a mild, pleasant aroma. It’s often used for herbal infusions, skincare, or medicinal mixtures rather than cooking
Pushal
Contains red stigmas attached to a small part of the yellow style. It’s less pure than Negin but more affordable. Pushal saffron has good coloring power and a natural look, often preferred for authenticity checking.
